Vegan Pesto

I love to eat pizza, but the problem I face is: A- the cheese (can't eat dairy) B- can't have tomato sauce because it is too acidic

So instead I like to make my own pesto sauce with my own basil plant! I found a recipe online for the basics but decided to change it up a bit and it turns out it's not too bad! It is very easy and delicious!

You will need A food processor

Ingredients 2 cloves of garlic 2 cups of basil 1/4 cup of almond shavings 2/3 cup of olive oil Dash of salt and pepper Vegan Parmesan

Directions 1. Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until leaves and almonds are chopped up.  2. Place onto pizza dough  3. Cook your pizza and enjoy!
