Move over The Stick, because I just found a better product. If you are looking for something to help roll out your legs after a long bike ride or run, you definitely need to check out the RAD Rod by RAD Roller. I am a big fan of RAD products because they are made incredibly well, they work and they are reasonably priced. The RAD Rod is nice because it is not made out of plastic that bends where your leg hair can get stuck in it. It is made of high-quality materials with a steel core. But don't worry about it being too hard and having too much pressure on your muscles because the thin rod is covered with EVA foam and silicon to make it soft to touch and comfortable on the skin while rolling. If you are looking for your next recovery tool, check out the Rad Rod because after a long bike ride during my Ironman training, this is a great easy tool to grab and begin rolling those worn out legs. The RAD Rod is thin, easy to travel with and a great myofascial tool at a reasonable price tag of $39. I never have to worry about plastic pieces breaking off because this one will last forever.
